Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for one-time credit purchases and failed payments.
1. One-time credit purchases
Imagen sells prepaid credits. Credits are added to the customer account after successful payment confirmation from the payment provider or Merchant of Record.
Unused credit purchases may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase. A purchase is considered used once credits have been consumed for generation tasks, API calls, batch jobs, editing workflows, or other service usage.
2. Non-refundable cases
Consumed credits are not refundable. Credits used for failed generation attempts may be reviewed case by case when the failure was caused by service-side errors.
Purchases connected to abuse, policy violations, prohibited content, chargeback fraud, account compromise caused by user negligence, or attempts to bypass safety controls are not refundable.
3. How to request a refund
Send refund requests to support@imagen.chat. Include your order email, receipt ID, product purchased, reason for the request, and any relevant screenshots.
