We may collect service content such as prompts, generation settings, reference images, generated image URLs, task status, error messages, and output metadata to provide and improve the service.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers or a Merchant of Record. Imagen does not store full payment card numbers. Payment providers may collect payment details, billing information, tax details, and fraud-prevention signals under their own policies.

We use information to provide image generation services, manage credits and quota, process orders, prevent abuse, enforce policies, debug failures, provide support, improve reliability, and comply with legal or payment obligations.

Users can request deletion or access by contacting support@imagen.chat. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, payment, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
