Imagen may be used to create product visuals, lifestyle images, ad concepts, social media assets, internal mockups, design variations, and developer workflow outputs.

Users must review all outputs before publication and must comply with laws, marketplace rules, advertising standards, and third-party rights.

Do not create adult sexual content, pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexualized public figures, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits, endangers, or targets children.

Do not create misleading identity documents, fake receipts, phishing materials, scam ads, counterfeit product listings, deceptive endorsements, fake news imagery, or content designed to mislead people about a real event or person.

Do not impersonate private individuals, public figures, brands, platforms, government agencies, financial institutions, or medical professionals in a deceptive way.

We may block prompts, remove outputs, throttle accounts, suspend access, revoke API keys, deny refunds, or report abuse where we believe this policy has been violated.
